Shipping and Returns
At MYCOTEK, our goal is to offer fast, reliable, and personalized shipping services. Each order is handled with care and discretion, ensuring your products arrive securely and on time. We proudly ship to many countries across Europe and beyond.
Before you order:
- Please verify that your chosen products and shipping destination are correct.
- Delivery typically takes between 3 to 15 working days.
- We only ship to private addresses. P.O. Boxes, parcel lockers, or public places are not accepted.
- Ensure your delivery name and address are accurate. Couriers will not call to verify addresses.
- Tracking information will be sent to your email once the package is dispatched. Check your spam folder if necessary.
- All deliveries require a signature. If you're not home, a notice will be left. In some cases, the package may be left in a secure mailbox.
- Delivery times and carriers vary by country and may change without notice. For example:
Germany (DHL), France (Colissimo), Italy (SDA), Greece (ELTA), Spain (Correos), Netherlands (PostNL), Portugal (CTT), UK (Evri/Hermes).
Returns
You may return your order (or part of it) within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.
During this period, you may handle the product as you would in a physical store. Opening sealed packaging is allowed only if necessary. Products that are handled beyond what is reasonable may incur a reduction in refund value.
The 14-day return period starts from the day you (or a third party designated by you) received the product. If your order contains multiple products with different delivery dates, the return period begins after you receive the last item.
To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days using our website’s contact form or by email. We will provide return instructions and a return label.
Returns are not accepted for the following:
- Products with opened sealed packaging.
- Perishable or cultivation-related items.
- Specialty grow kits.
Refunds
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, all payments (including original shipping costs) will be refunded within 14 days. If a return is made without prior notice, we may request a tracking number as proof before issuing a refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Excluded from refunds:
- Products with opened sealed packaging.
- Perishable or cultivation-related items.
- Specialty grow kits.
