Article 1 – Definitions
Consumer: A natural person who is not acting in the course of a profession or business and enters into a contract with MYCOTEK remotely.
Cooling-off period: The 14-day period during which a consumer may withdraw from the agreement without providing a reason.
Durable medium: Any means that allows the consumer or MYCOTEK to store information in a way that can be retrieved unchanged for future reference.
Distance agreement: A contract concluded remotely between MYCOTEK and the consumer using a distance communication method.
Distance communication: A means that allows the conclusion of a contract without physical presence (e.g., online or by email).

Article 3 – Applicability
These terms apply to all offers from MYCOTEK and any agreement concluded at a distance between MYCOTEK and consumers. MYCOTEK will make these terms available prior to contract finalization, or otherwise electronically accessible.
Article 4 – Offers
Offers from MYCOTEK are subject to availability and clearly describe the product, its price including taxes, and delivery options. Any errors or omissions are not binding.
Article 5 – Agreement
The agreement is valid once the consumer accepts the offer and meets the stated conditions. Confirmation is provided electronically. MYCOTEK secures all data exchanges and ensures safe transactions.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
The consumer may withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days after receiving the product, without stating a reason. During this time, the product should be handled with care. Returns must include all components and original packaging if possible.
Article 7 – Return Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer unless otherwise agreed. MYCOTEK refunds all payments within 14 days of withdrawal notice, provided the returned items are received or proof of shipment is provided.
Article 8 – Exclusion of Withdrawal Rights
Withdrawal rights do not apply to sealed products that have been opened, perishable or cultivation-related items, or personalized goods. MYCOTEK will indicate exclusions prior to purchase.
Article 9 – Pricing
Prices are stated in euros, including VAT. MYCOTEK reserves the right to adjust prices due to changes in tax or supplier costs. Price increases after contract finalization are subject to legal conditions.
Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty
MYCOTEK guarantees that delivered products meet the agreement, the specifications stated, and normal standards of usability. Any additional manufacturer guarantees do not limit consumer rights.
Article 11 – Delivery and Fulfillment
Orders are delivered within the estimated time frame and handled with care. If a delay occurs or a product is unavailable, MYCOTEK will inform the consumer and offer alternatives or refund. Risk of loss transfers at delivery.
Article 12 – Duration, Termination, and Renewal
Contracts of indefinite duration can be terminated by the consumer with one month’s notice. Fixed-term contracts are not automatically renewed unless otherwise agreed.
Article 13 – Payments
Payment must be completed within 7 days unless otherwise stated. In case of advance payment, delivery starts after receipt. The consumer must report payment inaccuracies immediately.
Article 14 – Complaints
Complaints must be reported within 14 days of receipt. MYCOTEK responds within 14 days. If the complaint cannot be resolved, it becomes a dispute subject to legal resolution.
Article 15 – Legal Disputes
All contracts are governed by EU law unless specified otherwise. Disputes shall be handled by the appropriate court in the consumer's jurisdiction.
Article 16 – Additional Provisions
Additional terms shall not harm the consumer’s rights and must be presented in a way that allows storage and future access.
