Preparation & Initial Setup

Once received, remove the kit from its packaging and ensure everything is intact. Open the lid of the grow box and place the container inside the supplied grow bag. Do not add water at this stage. Close the bag using the integrated filter patch, which allows for natural gas exchange while keeping contaminants out.

Environmental Conditions

• Maintain a temperature between 18–28°C, with the ideal range being 22–24°C.
• Place the kit in a spot with indirect daylight or artificial light (avoid direct sun exposure).
• Keep humidity levels high by misting the inside of the bag once daily (avoid spraying the substrate directly).
• Open the bag briefly each day to provide fresh air exchange.

Timeline & Growth Stages

Pinning typically begins within 7–10 days after setup. These pins develop into mature mushrooms over the following 5–7 days, depending on temperature and humidity. Patience is key; if conditions are ideal, you'll see healthy, consistent growth.

Harvesting Instructions

Harvest the mushrooms just before the veil under the cap begins to tear. To harvest, gently twist and lift the mushroom at the base using clean hands or gloves. Avoid pulling or digging into the substrate, as this can damage the mycelium and reduce future flushes.

Multiple Flushes

This grow kit is capable of producing multiple flushes. After the first harvest:

• Soak the grow kit in clean, cold water for 12 hours (fully submerge the substrate block).
• Drain excess water and return the kit to the grow bag.
• Repeat the same humidity and temperature guidelines.

You can typically expect 2–4 flushes with proper care and hygiene.

Sanitation Tips

• Always wash your hands or wear sterile gloves before handling the kit.
• Disinfect any surfaces or tools you use.

• White fluff but no mushrooms? Mycelium may be healthy but needs fresh air — ventilate daily.
• Contamination? Remove the affected part immediately and isolate the kit if needed.
